ORDERING A GRACELAND SHED

All Sheds must have an ARC form approved before placing the order.

Any additional cost other than the shed will be the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain. This includes, but is not limited to site preparation skirting, electrical hookups, steps, and landscaping. 

You will need to purchase Block and the skirting:

Concrete Block 

Recommended # of Concrete Block is below and the Type is 8x4x16 ½  Concrete Blocks

Shed Size 8x8 & 8x10 -9 blocks needed

Shed Size 8x12 -16 blocks needed

Blocks should be purchased once a confirmed delivery date is given.

Skirting -Stucco or Hardie board only (Required)

You are required to complete the task within 45 days of receiving the shed delivery.
